Phase 1) Readiness & Research:
Includes Grant Sourcing: My thoroughly researching and identifying available grants and determining which grants you may be eligible to receive.
I utilize a variety of local, statewide and nationwide platforms which provide me current and updated information detailing potential grants on a daily basis.
My extensive network of contacts provide me funding opportunities often prior to being publicly announced--another great advantage!
Phase 2) Relationships & Remittances:
Grant application readers spend hour-after-hour, day-after-day, reviewing what is typically very dry dull repetitive material. My building relationships and connections with the Grantors and Funders will help our Application to stand out and be a shining light among all the rest.
My writing and applying for the grants will include my tailoring each Application, Letter of Intent (LOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) etc to meet the Grantors’ specific funding criteria and priorities. There may be additional documents (copies of 990s, budgets, P & L etc) I will request from you;
Phase 3) Reviewing & Revisiting:
Implementing the follow-up and stewardship that increases the likelihood of being awarded the Grants is a powerful strategy. Revisions, additional documentation etc will be provided to Grantors as needed. My excellent communication with Grantors will add a valuable personal level of engagement to the process.
